Hey, if anyone has an old acoustic guitar that's just not being played, contact me on skype with the details on string condission and overall sound. My skype name is blindkid4.

any reason in particular you are looking for a fender?

yes. My stepsister has a fender that she's let me play a couple times. The sound on those guitars is just what I'm looking for--nice and ritch, although I'd replace the steel strings with nylon ones. I'd also like the guitar to have a relatively lower action than most acoustics so I can do some tapping.

you may just want to look for a classical guitar then if you prefer nylon strings over steel

you can't just restring a steel string with nylon strings. it's not that simple. as far as cheaper nylon string guitars, look at yamaha, ibanez, takamine, or try to find a second hand almonsa or la patrie.
